We are a brand new, independent restaurant situated in the heart of Camberley town centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef with a good eye for detail and passion for excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Opening and closing of the kitchen, and running shifts
Help to control stock and plan staff rota
Ensuring excellent food quality through your own ability and through leading other members of the kitchen team

What we need:

The successful applicant must have a passion for food and proven experience in high volume, food-led pub, restaurant or hotel
An individual who is prepared to take a sense of ownership and help drive the success of the business through continuous improvement.

• A genuine willingness to lead from the front by setting clear goals and expectations of the team and being accountable for their implementation
